Yume no Mai is a mixed gold powder with the proud high-grade sencha. When you brew tea, the gold powder floats softly, and you can enjoy a luxurious feeling.

Fukamushicha picked from late April to early May. A high-class sencha with a strong astringency and sweetness. A soft mouthfeel with a good balance of taste and aroma. The refreshing taste is exceptional.

It is a popular tea for everyday use, and it is a tea that anyone can enjoy with a sufficient taste for visitors. The degree of steaming is deep steaming, which is close to special steaming, and the sweetness is slightly stronger than the astringency, and it is characterized by a refreshing taste. The degree of roasting is just right for medium roasting.

Pour hot water into a bowl until the 8th minute and boil it. (Hot water temperature 70-80 ℃)

Put tea leaves in the tea pot (Kyusu). (Approximately 3g per person)

Put chilled water in a tea pot (Kyusu). Cover it and wait for about 1 minute.

Pour the tea bowls in small portions so that the tea is evenly concentrated.

Pour up to the last drop so that there is no residual hot water left in the tea pot (Kyusu).

Tea is a very delicate food and is not good at moisture and light. Put it in a highly sealed container such as a tea can then store it in a cool and dark place.

Store unopened tea in the freezer if you do not open it immediately. However, when using it, return it to room temperature.

Please note that once opened, if you put it in the refrigerator or freezer, it will absorb the odor in the refrigerator.
